الملخص
يعد الذكاء الاقتصادي واليقظة الاستراتيجية من أهم وأحدث الأنظمة التسييرية التي تضمن لمنظمات الأعمال البقاء والاستمرارية في ظل بيئة سريعة التغير والتعقيد ما يجلها عرضة لمجموعة الأحداث يؤدي تطورها لوقوع المؤسسة في أزمات. حيث تظهر القوة الحقيقية للذكاء الاقتصادي واليقظة الاستراتيجية في قدرتهما المتميزة على توقع المستقبل (أداة إنذار مبكر) من خلال توفير معلومات أكيدة، كاملة، وذات مصداقية وجودة عالية تستغل بشكل جيد وفي الوقت المناسب للاتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية والمهمة قصد الوقاية من الأزمات.
Abstract:
The Economic Intelligence and vigilance strategy of the most important and the most recent steering systems that ensure business organizations survival and continuity in a rapidly changing environment and the complexity of what revered prone to a range of events leading to the development of the occurrence of the institution in crisis and vigilance. Where the real power of economic intelligence and strategic vigilance appear in their ability unique to predict the future (an early warning tool) through the provision of certain information, complete, credible and high quality exploited well and at the right time to make strategic decisions and the task inadvertently crisis prevention.
