الملخص:
شهدت الجزائر منذ نهاية الثمانينات من القرن العشرين تحولات هامة أدت بها الى التخلي على النهج الاشتراكي،والتوجه الى تشجيع الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر ومن أجل ذلك أطلقت حزمة من الاصلاحات والقوانين والتشريعات من أجل استقطاب النصيب الأكبر من تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر،
تهدف هذه الورقة الى دراسة مناخ الاستثمار في الجزائر إعتمادا على موقعها في المؤشرات الدولية والاقليمية مع التطرق لواقع الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر وآثاره على التنمية الاقتصادية والتركيز على المعوقات التي تعترض سبيله.

Research Title: Evaluation of the impact of FDI on economic development in Algeria in light of the challenges of the twenty-first century
Abstract:
since the end of the eighties of the twentieth century Algeria has witnessed important changes which led it to abandon the socialist approach into another inclination that aims to encourage foreign direct investment . In order to do so, a number of reforms, laws, and legislations were launched in order to attract the largest share of FDI inflows.
The objective of this paper is to study the setting or the environment of investment in Algeria based on its status upon regional and international indicators .In addition, this paper tackles the reality of FDI in Algeria and its effects on economic development focusing on the obstacles that might be encountered.
