فاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية وأثرها في اتخاذ القرارات

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر فاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية في عملية اتخاذ القرارات في المؤسسات الصحفية الأردنية. وتم تصميم مقياس مكون من خمسة عناصر وهي(رضا المستخدم، استخدام النظام،الملائمة،المرونة،أمن المعلومات).حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقت الدراسة على أربعة مؤسسات صحفية (الرأي، الدستور،العرب اليوم ،الغد ) . تكون مجتمع الدراسة من فئة متخذي القرارات في المؤسسات الصحفية المختارة والبالغ عددهم(260) فرداً وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من(180) فرداً بنسبة (69.2%) من مجتمع الدراسة ،باستخدام أداة الدراسة الاستبانة ،حيث تم استرداد (126) استبانه بنسبة (70%) وهي التي تم إجراء الدراسة عليها. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان ارتفاع فاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية في المؤسسات الصحفية الأردنية حيث جاءت تصورات المبحوثين لفاعلية نظم المعلومات مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي (3.73) كما و جاءت تصورت المبحوثين لعملية اتخاذ القرارات في المؤسسات الصحفية الأردنية متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي (3.44). كذلك اظهرت الدراسة وجود أثراً ذا دلالة إحصائية لفاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية بمتغيراتها في (عملية اتخاذ القرارات). واخيراً وجدت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات المبحوثين حول فاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية وعملية اتخاذ القرارات يعزى للمتغيرات الديموغرافية والوظيفية (النوع الاجتماعي،العمر،المؤهل العلمي، المستوى الإداري، الخبرة الوظيفية، الصنف الوظيفي ). وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات أهمها:
إعداد برامج تدريبه للمستخدمين لنظام المعلومات الإدارية، و زيادة الاهتمام بأمن المعلومات وحمايتها إضافة إلى ضرورة استناد عملية اتخاذ القرارات في المؤسسات الصحفية إلى أسس علمية واضحة واستخدام مؤشرات ومعايير رقابية لاكتشاف الانحرافات.

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of management information systems effectiveness in decision-making process in the Jordanian press institutions. Scale has been designed consisting of five elements (user satisfaction, system use, appropriate, flexibility, information security). The analytical descriptive method was used, and The study applied on four press institutions (alrai ,addustour,alarabalyawm,alghad ). The study population consists of the decision makers in the selected press institutions (260 individuals). And the study applied on a random sample of (180) individuals by (69.2%) of the study .By using a questionnaire, However (126) questionnaires were returned with a rate of (70%), which that study was carried out on them. The results of the study include:
The respondents’ perception to the efficiency of (MIS) was high with a mean of (3.73).
The respondents’ perception to the decision making process was medium with a mean (3.44).
There is significant statistical impact of Managerial Information Systems effectiveness by elements on decision making process.
There is no a statistical significant difference in the trends of the respondents on management information systems effectiveness and decision-making process to demographic and functional factors (gender, age, academic qualification, administrative level, job experience, job category).
The study concluded a number of recommendations including: Increasing the attention to the information security and their protection, and based its decision-making process to the clear scientific basis, and use indicators and regulatory standards for the detection of deviations.
