نتج عن زيادة الدور الانمائي للاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة أن زاد اهتمام علماء الاقتصاد بها مركزين على بحث ماهيتها وأسباب تولدها وحصر أهم محدداتها الاقتصادية وغير الاقتصادية.
فظاهرة الاستثمار الأجنبي، وإن كان الاهتمام بها يرجع إلى زمن المدرسة الكلاسيكية، إلا أن هذا الاهتمام عرف تزايدا مستمرا ومتميزا بداية من النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين، تزامنا مع الأطروحات الجديدة التي عرفها الفكر الاقتصادي حول التنمية الاقتصادية وأسسها، ومصادر وآليات تمويلها ومحورية الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة في كل ذلك.
فالاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة لم تعد مجرد وقود لآلة الانتاج باعتبارها مصدرا مهما للتمويل، وإنما صارت هي المحرك ذاته، أو قل هي كل الآلة.
Abstract :
The developing role increase of direct foreign investments results the augmentation of economists’ attention of it, focusing on the search of its nature, its existence reasons and listing the most important economic and non-economic limits.
The phenomenon of the foreign investment, even if the attention of it refers to the classical school, this attention has known a continuous and specific increase starting from the second half of the Twentieth century, at the same time with the new themes that the economic thoughts has known about the economic development and its foundations, the sources and the mechanisms of its financing and the direct foreign investments basis in all that.
The direct foreign investments is no more only as petrol for production machine because it is an important source of financing, but it became the motor itself if not the whole machine.
